Our agency believes every
child deserves love, stability, and a permanent family.
With this goal in mind, we extended our arms and opened
our hearts to the many waiting children that want to be
adopted in Russia and surrounding Eastern European Countries.
We are a partnering agency of Amrex, one of the largest
and most experienced facilitator working in Eastern Europe.
We are able to offer homes to children from more than 37
regions in Russia and surrounding countries. Our program
offers the unique opportunity to you to be able to travel
once if you choose. We have three regions that are one trip
travel.
Available Children
Both boys and girls, ages 8 months and older are available
for adoption. Most children are healthy, while some have
special needs. All children will have medical information
that can be evaluated by an independent physician, that
specializes in evaluating medicals for internationally adopted
children. Our agency will provide you with contact information
of recommended doctors that can assist you with the medical
information for your child.
Who Can Adopt?
Parents should be at least 21 years of age. There should
be no more than 45 years difference between the youngest
spouse and the child. Married couples should be married
for one year, with at least one spouse being a US citizen.
We are able to assist single applicants as well. We are
able to consider special circumstances on a one-on-one basis.
Please contact our office to discuss your specific situation
with one of our case managers.
What are the costs?
The average total cost for the adoption of an infant is
generally $25,000, although our fees vary, depending on
the age of the child. Our fees are reduced as the age of
the child increases. We also offer reduced fees for the
adoption of a second child.
How long is the wait for a child?
Adoptive parents are usually united with a child or children
within 12 months. The length of the wait depends largely
on the amount of time a family has to gather paperwork and
their ability to be flexible.
