AAA Partners In Adoption, was founded and incorporated in Georgia on July 1, 1994 as a non-profit, federally tax-exempt  {Section 501(c)(3)}  organization.

P.I.A. is funded by donations from private individuals, corporations, and foundations.  P.I.A. is also funded by contracts from the Texas Protective and Regulatory Services, Office of Adoptions, and the Department of Family and Children Services.
